As the manager, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of cannabis and marketing to attract new and diverse customers every day.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure an exceptional guest experience through friendly, outgoing service, effective communication skills, and in-depth product knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of budtenders to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Utilize your expertise in cannabis and marketing to attract and retain a diverse customer base.
Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, sales reporting, and staff scheduling.
Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations regarding cannabis sales and distribution.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store and increase sales.
Train and educate staff on product knowledge, customer service best practices, and compliance requirements.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where team members feel valued and supported.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term business goals and strategies for growth.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a retail or customer service management role, preferably in the cannabis industry.
Extensive knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and staff.
Excellent leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with local and state regulations governing cannabis sales and distribution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
