Operations Administrator II

Job Description:
OfficeTeam has a staffing need for an Operations Admin II position with one of our clients here in NW Oklahoma City.
The role is a full time, Temp-To-Hire opportunity.
Duties include:- Train new personnel properly on all functions, including but not limited to expense reports, timecards, and travel.
- Support various program managers and business unit management staff with administrative duties, as assigned.
- Ensures expense reports are coded accurately and are in compliance with company policies.
- Acts as liaison with other departments and handles confidential information when necessary.
- Assist department with follow up on client and vendor inquiries.
- Administers accurate, timely review and processing of business unit expense reports and timecards to ensure accurate cost accounting coding, internal and external compliance and reasonableness of transactions.
- Run office related errands as needed.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
